Joey Salceda is Marcos’ new PLOLO chief

MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has appointed former Albay Rep.

Joey Salceda as secretary of the Presidential Legislative Liaison Office (PLLO).

The appointment letter, dated July 20 and signed by Marcos, marks Salceda’s return to the Cabinet after two decades.
