Habagat prompts boat trip suspensions in Oriental Mindoro

CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro – Strong southwest monsoon or habagat conditions enhanced by Typhoon Inday, have forced the suspension of several sea trips in Oriental Mindoro, the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) Mimaropa said on Saturday.

In its advisory, PPA-Mimaropa said all fastcraft vessels plying the Calapan-Batangas route were cancelled due to rough seas.
