First solar-storage-EV hub completed at Taipa fuel terminal
Macau’s first integrated clean energy facility combining solar generation, battery storage, and electric vehicle charging has been completed at the Pac On fuel terminal in Taipa. The project by Nam Kwong (Group) Company Limited brings together three interconnected systems: rooftop photovoltaic panels, an energy storage unit, and smart charging points, according to the China Economic Media Report. The solar array delivers 64.8 kilowatts of peak power, supported by a 50-kilowatt inverter, a 215-kilowatt-hour battery bank, and a 120-kilowatt dual-gun rapid charger.
