Watch: Mob thrashes and strips Dum Dum TMC councillor over ‘theft of relief material’

Trinamool councillor Shankar Das was severely beaten and stripped by a mob at his Kolkata home, allegedly over land-grabbing accusations.

The incident followed the discovery of relief materials at a business owned by the municipality chairman.

Two associates of the chairman were also attacked.
