Ryan Coogler’s Proximity Media Signs Netflix Deal to Develop TV Shows

Proximity Media, the media company founded by “Sinners” director Ryan Coogler, Zinzi Coogler and Sev Ohanian, has signed a multi-year deal with Netflix to exclusively develop TV series for the streamer.

The company previously had an overall TV deal at Disney, which expired earlier this year.
