NCP’s Mangal Bahadur Shahi appointed Karnali chief minister

KATHMANDU: Mangal Bahadur Shahi, the parliamentary party leader of the Nepali Communist Party (NCP) in the Karnali Provincial Assembly, has been appointed chief minister of Karnali Province.

Shahi submitted his claim to form the government at the Office of the Provincial Chief in Surkhet on Tuesday with the support of the CPN-UML.
