Vladimir Guerrero Jr. leaves game with hamstring injury in potential Blue Jays nightmare

WASHINGTON — Toronto Blue Jays first baseman Vladimir Guerrero Jr. left Tuesday night’s 8-6 loss to the Washington Nationals with right hamstring tightness.
