GenSan’s first underpass opens after years of delays

GENERAL SANTOS CITY — The Mabuhay Underpass Project here was officially opened for general public use on Wednesday.

Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon inspected the completed underpass before its opening and said the P700-million infrastructure project would provide motorists with a faster and more convenient route in the area.
