4 nabbed, P256,000 ‘smuggled’ cigarettes seized in South Cotabato

KORONADAL CITY — Police confiscated alleged smuggled cigarettes worth some P256,000 and arrested four people, including two minors, in Tantangan, South Cotabato before dawn Wednesday.
