PDEA nabs 5 in Zamboanga City drug den

PAGADIAN CITY — The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency–Zamboanga Peninsula (PDEA Zamboanga Peninsula) dismantled a drug den and arrested five individuals during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Mampang on Wednesday, July 22. The operation, staged at 6:50 p.m. in Purok 2, was conducted with other law enforcement units led by the PDEA Regional Special Enforcement Team 1. Authorities identified the suspects as alias Kate, 27; alias Paul, 29; alias “Dogdog,” 27; alias Jaymar, 27; and alias “Abdul Asis,” 39—all residents of Barangay Mampang, Zamboanga City.
