Marcos, Rubio reaffirm PH-US ties, tackle Pax Silica initiative

MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Wednesday reaffirmed the strong bilateral ties between the two countries and discussed the U.S.-led initiative Pax Silica.
