Floods and landslides disrupt major highways across Nepal

KATHMANDU: Continuous rainfall has triggered floods and landslides across the country, affecting several major highways and road sections, according to Nepal Police.

The BP Highway section connecting Kavrepalanchok and Sindhuli, particularly the Khurkot–Nepalthok–Katunjebesi stretch, has been restricted due to the risk of possible flooding.
