2 quakes strike off Sarangani in Davao Occidental on Wednesday evening

MANILA, Philippines — Two earthquakes struck off the waters of Sarangani in Davao Occidental on Wednesday evening, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).
