Mandaue to open Balay Silangan rehab center on July 28

MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — The Mandaue City Government is set to officially open its Balay Silangan Rehabilitation Center in Barangay Basak on July 28. City Administrator Atty. Gonzalo Malig-on Jr. said the facility had already been constructed when the new administration took over last year but had yet to become operational due to the lack of personnel, logistics, and other operational requirements.
