Disaster council seeks extension of Cagayan state of calamity

TUGUEGARAO CITY-The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) has recommended the extension of the state of calamity in Cagayan province until December 31 because of lingering El Niño drought.
