Asian Games: Filipinas face China, U-23 men drawn with Vietnam

MANILA, Philippines— The Philippine women’s football team was drawn alongside China in Group G, while the men’s U-23 squad will face Vietnam as one of its opponents in Group C of the Aichi- Nagoya Asian Games in September. The Filipinas will also take on familiar foes Uzbekistan and Hong Kong in their group, while the U-23 men were grouped with Vietnam, Uzbekistan and Kuwait for the competition, which begins Sept. 15.
