LPA brings rains over Visayas, Mindanao; fair weather in Luzon

MANILA, Philippines — The low-pressure area (LPA) outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) is forecast to affect parts of Visayas and Mindanao, while Luzon may experience generally fair weather on Friday, July 31, the state weather bureau said.
