As the 7.2-hectare micro-township in Barangay Bacayan, Talamban, takes shape, Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) marked a milestone as it officially opened The Veranda at Pristina Town on July 24, 2026. Designed as a walkable, mixed-use estate in Cebu’s growing northern corridor, the development aims to address urban sprawl by keeping daily essentials, homes, and recreation within a short distance for local residents.
