Baguio launches hotline, app for complaints vs ‘snub taxis’

BAGUIO CITY — The city government is urging passengers to report taxi drivers who refuse to accept passengers.

Mayor Benjamin Magalong on Thursday said residents should report erring drivers through Baguio 911 so that authorities can take appropriate action.
