Pagasa: Habagat to bring rains as Josie less likely to affect PH

MANILA, Philippines — The southwest monsoon, or habagat, is forecast to bring strong gusts of wind and rain over the western section of Northern Luzon on Tuesday, July 14, the state weather bureau said.
