CIDG nabs 3 in Cavite for alleged electric meter ‘tampering services’

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police–Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP–CIDG) on Tuesday said it arrested three men in Cavite for allegedly offering “services” to tamper with electric meters.
