Diarrhea cases rise nationwide as monsoon intensifies

KATHMANDU: With the onset of the monsoon season, the risk of waterborne and other infectious diseases has increased across the country due to continuous rainfall.

The Ministry of Health and Population and health officials have urged the public to remain alert, citing a rise in cases of diarrhea, cholera, typhoid, dengue, and respiratory infections.
