PH defense posture deters China from using force

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of National Defense (DND) is strengthening the Philippines’ deterrence posture in the West Philippine Sea to complement diplomatic protests lodged by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) against China’s aggression.
