HONG KONG—Macau coach Garrett Kelly experienced a familiar feeling Saturday afternoon after his team fell short in the inaugural East Asia Super League (EASL) Future Champions Elite tournament. The team that denied Macau the title was the Cebu City All-Stars, a 10-man squad from Cebu.
