Wynn Palace has secured a land concession in Cotai to build a new hotel tower, an international theater and an events center. A dispatch signed by Secretary for Transport and Public Works Raymond Tam, published in the Official Gazette on July 16 under the Land Law, granted Wynn Resorts Macau a land concession covering 205,797 square meters within the existing Wynn Palace site in Cotai, approving the expansion of the complex and the construction of a new hotel tower.
