Akwa Ibom NUJ names hall after former chairman

The Nigeria Union of Journalists, Akwa Ibom State Council, has renamed its conference hall after former chairman Israel Umoh, honouring his infrastructural legacy. A surprised Mr Umoh described the recognition as unexpected and urged the union to combat quackery.
