CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — Four children, including two toddlers and a minor with special needs, are now safe following an entrapment operation that dismantled an alleged online child sexual exploitation setup in Calamba town, Misamis Occidental, the Department of Social Welfare and Development-10 (DSWD-10) announced in an advisory on Thursday.
