Thunderstorms and heavy rain expected across Nepal today

KATHMANDU: Monsoon activity remains active across Nepal, with the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology warning of heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, and possible snowfall in the higher Himalayan region today.

At present, the weather is generally cloudy in Koshi, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces.
