Seoul steps up Cheonggyecheon enforcement with patrols, proposed fines

The Seoul Metropolitan Government will deploy dedicated patrol personnel and seek to introduce administrative fines after separate incidents of bathing and coin collecting at Cheonggyecheon drew widespread public attention.
