A great – and somehow hopeful – apocalyptic drama, which deserved more love when it first streamed in 2022. (Perhaps the story of a pandemic wiping out 99% of the world was too close to home.) It’s set across two timelines, with young actor Kirsten (Matilda Lawler) being looked after by writer Jeevan (Himesh Patel) when the killer flu strikes; 20 years later (now played by Mackenzie Davis) she tours with the Travelling Symphony.
