3 most wanted among 12 arrested in MIMAROPA manhunt ops

CALAPAN City, Oriental Mindoro — Police arrested 12 wanted persons, including three of MIMAROPA (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan) or Region IV-B’s most wanted fugitives, during simultaneous manhunt operations across the region on July 23.
