Erwin Tulfo: Senator-judges ‘waste time’ lecturing defense, prosec

MANILA, Philippines – Senator-judge Erwin Tulfo pressed on Wednesday that senator-judges “waste time” lecturing lawyers from the defense and prosecution during Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment trial.
