LINGAYEN, Philippines — Ten provinces with coastlines along the West Philippine Sea (WPS) were recognized as “champions” of the country’s maritime domain during the Bayanihan Para sa Kanlurang Dagat ng Pilipinas 2026 summit held here on Thursday, July 23.
