Tenants sublet properties on Airbnb without permission and leave bills unpaid

For years, two tenants have been moving from property to property in Antwerp using an ingenious business model: letting out the property via Airbnb whilst on occasion failing to pay their own rent.

VRT News spoke to seven landlords who are left with thousands of euros in unpaid rents and, in some cases, damage to their properties.
