Here are the latest developments from across the region: 

The US strikes against Iran for the 13th consecutive night has resulted in at least four new killings, with several others wounded. 

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi cautioned that using a foreign country's state assets to pay for future claims could stir up chaos. This comes after US President Donald Trump's remarks on Thursday saying he would use Iranian funds to cover for any damage sustained to vessels in the Strait of Hormuz. 

The Pentagon has lowered the number of US troops killed from 18 on Wednesday to 14 on Thursday, The New York Times reported. The Trump administration decided to remove the latest soldiers killed because their deaths occurred after a ceasefire with Iran was declared in April, military officials told the paper.

The Iranian army announced that it targeted US infrastructure in Jordan and Bahrain on Friday morning using drone strikes. It targeted the Sheikh Isa Air Base in Bahrain as well as the Jordanian al-Azraq Air Base.

An Israeli strike killed two Palestinians in northern Gaza on Thursday. Meanwhile, three Palestinians were killed in the West Bank, including two killed by an Israeli settler and a third shot by Israeli forces. ...
