Alas Pilipinas women, men face tough draws in Asian Games 2026

MANILA, Philippines — Alas Pilipinas women’s team has been drawn in Pool B with defending champion China in the Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 volleyball tournament. During Thursday’s draw, the Philippines landed in a group with China, which is eyeing a third straight Asian Games title, and Kazakhstan. China has won nine Asian Games women’s volleyball gold medals and has reached the final in every edition since 1978.
