Kickboxing

Kickboxing combines practical striking techniques with dynamic, full-body exercise to develop cardiovascular fitness, coordination, balance, agility, and confidence. Participants improve footwork, reaction time, and body awareness while learning proper punching, kicking, and defensive techniques in a safe, structured environment.
This program teaches effective striking fundamentals through engaging weekly themes based on specific matches taken from the storied histories of boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts. Classes emphasize technical skill development, discipline, and continuous improvement through instructor-led drills that accommodate all experience levels.
