CEBU CITY, Philippines — Lapu-Lapu City Lone District Rep. Junard “Ahong” Chan is appealing to the public for help in identifying the driver involved in a hit-and-run that seriously injured a child in Barangay Bankal, saying the victim’s family is seeking justice. In a social media post on Thursday, July 23, Chan said the child’s mother had sought assistance in identifying the driver who fled after the incident. He also alleged that the driver violated traffic rules by entering a one-way road against traffic.
