* Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has discussed Russia’s trade restrictions on Armenia with Russian President Vladimir Putin. In the phone call, the first since the June parliamentary elections in Armenia, Pashinyan said Russia’s economic restrictions ‘run counter to the legal and treaty framework’ governing relations between their countries and Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) regulations.
