MANILA, Philippines — Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) spokesperson for the West Philippine Sea Rear Admiral Jay Tarriela on Wednesday rejected Chinese Ambassador Jing Quan‘s claim that Philippine activities were triggering tensions in the contested waters west of the country.
