Investors who applied for the Caliber Mining & Logistics IPO are likely to get clarity today as the company is expected to finalise the share allotment for its Rs 450-crore public issue.

Once the allotment process is completed, applicants can check whether they have received shares through the registrar's website as well as the BSE and NSE portals.The company's shares are currently commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of around 17%, indicating expectations of a healthy listing gain, although GMP is an unofficial market indicator and should not be considered a guarantee of listing performance.Following the allotment, successful applicants can expect shares to be credited to their demat accounts ahead of the company's scheduled stock market debut on July 24, 2026, on both the NSE and BSE.The IPO, which remained open for subscription from July 17 to July 21, witnessed overwhelming investor interest, ending with an overall subscription of 146.64 times.

However, market participants should note that grey market premiums are unofficial and may not accurately reflect actual listing-day performance.Caliber Mining & Logistics GMP todayThe company's shares are currently commanding a grey market premium of around Rs 71, implying an estimated listing price of nearly Rs 495 per share—about 17% higher than the IPO's upper price band of Rs 424.IPO DetailsThe Rs 450-crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of 94 lakh equity shares worth Rs 400 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 12 lakh shares aggregating Rs 50 crore.The company has set the price band at Rs 402-424 per share, with investors required to apply for a minimum lot of 35 shares, taking the minimum investment to Rs 14,840 at the upper end of the price band.Ahead of the public issue, Caliber Mining & Logistics raised Rs 134.99 crore from anchor investors by allotting 31.84 lakh equity shares at Rs 424 per share.The anchor book witnessed participation from several marquee institutional investors, including Ashoka India Equity Investment Trust Plc, Carnelian India Amritkaal Fund, Abakkus Four2Eight Opportunities Fund, Quant Mutual Fund, and Helios Small Cap Fund.
