Osun poll: Residents suffering to get PVC – APC chieftain tells INEC

An All Progressives Congress, APC, chieftain in Osun State, Olatunbosun Oyintiloye has disclosed that the ongoing method of Permanent voter's Cards, PVCs, collection deployed by the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC in the state is subjecting the electorates to suffering, stressing the need to improve on the process.
