CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — The Police Regional Office (PRO) Mimaropa has arrested the region’s most wanted person, who is facing 10 counts of qualified rape, during a law enforcement operation in Rizal town, Palawan, the agency said Sunday.
