India has advised its citizens in Israel to exercise caution, remain close to designated shelters and avoid all non-essential travel within the country as tensions between Israel and Iran continue to escalate.In an advisory issued on Monday, the Indian Embassy in Tel Aviv urged Indian nationals to stay vigilant and strictly follow safety instructions issued by Israeli authorities.The advisory comes after renewed exchanges of missile attacks between Israel and Iran.
