Sandiganbayan junks graft case vs ex-reclamation chief Agra

MANILA, Philippines — The Sandiganbayan Third Division has junked the graft case against a former Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA) chairperson regarding the alleged violation of a contractual clause.
